Pique Thai is family owned and operated. Originally from Thailand the owners wanted to share their love and passion for Thai food. All entrees are handcrafted using only the finest spices.
Cooked to order, every time
Spring rolls are rolled when you order them. Curry pastes are balanced by hand and simmered with coconut milk, Thai basil and lime leaf. Spice is set to your preference, from mild to Thai hot, because the point of a family kitchen is that the food arrives the way you like it.
The ingredients come first
Fresh vegetables, jasmine and sticky rice, rice paper and noodles, and imported Thai spices — quality ingredients and authentic Thai spices are the whole idea. Nothing is pre-plated and nothing waits under a lamp.
